Veterinarians
Shane Donner
DVM/Practice Owner
Dr. Donner graduated with his DVM from Ontario Veterinary College in 2005, following achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Guelph, Ontario in 2001. He began as an associate veterinarian at the practice in 2011, before becoming the practice owner in 2017. He enjoys daily interactions with clients and their pets and gets great gratification from helping others. His specific areas of interest are surgery and dermatology.
Staff
Alexandra Colavecchia
Alexandra (Alex for short) joined the practice in November of 2022 as a receptionist, she has recently moved to management in 2023.
She graduated Lewiston- Porter High School in 2009 with a Regents Diploma.
Outside of her duties at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her own pets (2 black cats named Poo and Bear, and her friendly pit mix, Obi)
And riding motorcycles with her boyfriend. She also enjoys acrylic painting and anything crafty/artsy.
Corrinne Yotter
LVT
Corrinne graduated from Medaille College with an Associate’s Degree in Science and is an NYS Licensed Veterinary Technician. She began working at the practice in 2008. Her wide breadth of experience and tenure resulted in her becoming the clinic’s lead technician. She shares her home with three dogs, four cats, and four turtles. In her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga, and cooking.
Nicole Blech
Nicole joined the practice in September of 2023. She was quickly promoted to Tech Assistant.
Nicole graduated from Barker High School in 2004 with a Regents Diploma.
Outside of her duties at the clinic, you can find her volunteering at many of the local shelters/rescues in the area, or spending time with her own 8 happy pups at home.
She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family and friends.
Katie Johnson
Receptionist
Katie joined the practice in February of 2023. She attended Damien Collage and graduated in 2022 with a major in English, and a minor in Political Science. Outside of her duties as a receptionist at the clinic, Katie enjoys spending time with her own family pets, and anything adventurous. She is known for her bubbly, friendly personality, and outgoing deposition.
Hayley Hare
Hayley joined the practice in June of 2024.
She attended SUNY Geneseo in 2022, taking classes in English Literature.
Outside of her duties at the clinic, you’ll most likely find her baking, hiking, or nose-diving into a good book!
Hayley has 2 cats at home, Baron Von Kitty and Mochi.
Geo
CEO
Geo took over as the clinic’s “CEO” in April of 2022, after our forever famous girl, Chia passed away. Since then, he has become quite involved up front, doing his part greeting clients and making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. When he isn’t helping up front, you can find Geo napping in his many favorite spots around the clinic or yelling at staff members for treats. He lives at the clinic, and Corrinne visits him every weekend for meal times, cuddles, and of course, lots of play.
